The farming industry has revolutionized over the years this has benefits and negative results. One of the effects is the use of hormones in livestock this may cause rapid growth and development. but it also cause a drop in quality in all of these products. In crops new fertilizer was developed that causes rapid production and increase in size but this fertilizer can also runoff and cause pollution to water sources. The farm industry has changed over the years is it positive or negative or make the choice.
I definitely think that the rapid growth of industrialized farms have led to our foods being unhealthier. Along with unhealthier foods, pollution from fertilizers has definitely caused the industrialized farming to be negative.
