Oh Dear it is Soy!!!!


It seems that in the past five years soy has come into the spot light and is almost considered the food of the gods, but is soy realy as good as we are told. One positive thing about soy that it contains many enzymes and can reduce the risk of heart disease. althougth there are many positives with soya big negative is that it contains a potent enzyme blocker that inhibits the body's process of breaking down protien. Soy also contains hemagglutinin which is a clot promoting substance and a groth depresent. Hemagglutinin can be deactivated if the soy beans are fermented, but in common soy products like tofu, hemagglutinin is still active.

  1. Very nice description and analysis. "the food of gods" HAHA We Americans are find some clinical study that only looks for positives and then the shove the stuff down are throat.
